Oakridge Park Redevelopment
Oakridge Park is a major 28-acre redevelopment transforming Vancouver’s former Oakridge Centre into a vibrant, transit-oriented mixed-use district. The project includes thousands of new homes, a nine-acre rooftop park, retail and office space, and key civic amenities such as a community centre, library and cultural facilities. Designed as a new municipal town centre at the heart of the city, Oakridge Park will become one of Vancouver’s largest and most sustainable urban hubs.

THE ADDRESS HARBOUR POINT
The Address Harbour Point is a luxury hotel and residential development in Dubai Creek Harbour by Emaar. It features two high-rise towers with serviced apartments, hotel suites, and premium residences offering waterfront and skyline views. Located on Creek Island, it provides direct access to the marina, promenade, and retail areas, combining upscale living with a prime waterfront location.

EXPO 2020 SUSTAINABILITY PAVILION
Terra – The Sustainability Pavilion showcases how architecture and technology can work with nature to support a sustainable future. Designed by Grimshaw Architects, it features a huge solar canopy and energy-producing “trees” that generate all its power. The pavilion explores climate change, biodiversity, and responsible living through immersive exhibits. After Expo 2020, it became a permanent sustainability education centre at Expo City Dubai.

Limberlost Place George Brown College Expansion
Limberlost Place is a game-changing expansion to George Brown College’s Waterfront Campus — a pioneering, 10-storey, mass-timber, net-zero academic tower that blends cutting-edge structural engineering, sustainability, flexible educational spaces, and community-oriented amenities into a landmark building on Toronto’s waterfront.

DUBAI ARENA Coca-Cola Arena
Coca-Cola Arena is a major multi-purpose indoor arena located at City Walk, Dubai. Opened in 2019, it can host up to 17,000 people and is fully air-conditioned for year-round events. The venue features flexible seating and modern staging systems, making it suitable for concerts, sports, comedy shows, and large entertainment events. It is one of Dubai’s key landmarks for major live performances and international tours.

MUSEUM OF THE FUTURE
The Museum of the Future is a landmark torus-shaped building on Sheikh Zayed Road, showcasing immersive experiences about future science, technology, sustainability, and human innovation. Opened in 2022, it features advanced interactive exhibits, space-themed journeys, and visionary concepts. Its stainless-steel façade with Arabic calligraphy makes it one of Dubai’s most iconic architectural masterpieces, designed to inspire people to imagine the world of tomorrow.
